Where can I find collectors for the following items:

Kournan Pendants
Sapphire thingies. I can't remember what they are. They're not actually sapphires, they're something else.

Maybe someone can help me. :P

There are two collectors in the Command Post that will trade XP scrolls for Kournan Pendants. Head toward the exit to the Jahai Bluffs, but go under the bridge instead of through the portal.

I'm pretty sure both traders show up after you have done the quests of command post in Sunspear Santuary.
